Tired of working out of a coffee shop and searching for a quiet space near the electrical outlet? We have you covered!

We have several Open Seating membership options perfect for workers, entrepreneurs and students who need a space for the day, week or month!

Open Seating Options

  • Daily Drop In

    Traveling through? Kids home from school? Just need a quiet space to work for the day? This option is for you. Give us a call or stop in to get a day pass for access to high speed internet, free coffee, tea, water and snacks and guaranteed access to electrical outlets. Daily drop in rate is $35 per day.

  • Monthly Pass

    Need to work from a space with high speed internet on a regular basis but don’t need a private space all the time? Our monthly pass is for you! This option incudes 16 hours of conference room time a month plus all our other amenities. Our monthly pass is $350 per month.

  • 10 Pack

    Know you need to use the space regularly but aren’t sure what days and when? We have a package just for you. Pre-pay for 10 day passes and use them any time we are open. The passes don’t expire and you can use them when it works best for your schedule! Our 10-pack is $350 for 10 day passes.

Open Seating Amenities

  • Our fully staffed office is available to meet your guests as they arrive and show them to your office.

  • Copier, scanner, fax and printer available for your use.

  • Basic office supplies are provided in our copier area for our communities use.

  • Our full kitchen is complete with refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster oven and microwave and and fully stocked with coffee, tea, water and sparkling water for all of our members to use.

  • Work outside at our picnic table or lounge in our Adirondack chairs as you enjoy the beautiful gardens during nice weather.
