  • What amenities do you offer and are they available with every membership?

    We offer high speed internet, notary services, All-In-One printer/copier/scanner/fax machine, office supplies, a fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, filtered and sparkling water and a beautiful courtyard for phone calls or lunch to all members.

  • If I have a monthly membership to open seating, would I have 24/7 access?

    24/7 access is not included in the monthly open seating membership.

  • Can I store my computer or other equipment at the space if I have an open seating membership?

    Unfortunately, we do not have the accommodations for storing your work equipment. However, you are welcome to bring it with you to set up for the day.

  • Can I send my mail, UPS and FedEx from the space?

    We do offer USPS mail service. UPS and FedEx services are available nearby in the area.

  • Is the internet fast and secure?

    Yes! We offer the highest speed internet available in the area.

  • Can you eat at the space while you’re working?

    Yes! You can eat your lunch at your workspace. We just ask that you be mindful and respectful of others and the space and to please keep it clean.

  • How much privacy do you get? Is it noisy?

    Each day at the space varies. It’s not as quiet as a library but everyone is very respectful of each other and noise is kept to a minimum.

  • Is there a place for private phone calls?

    We do have a small conference room to accommodate private phone calls when not in use.

  • Can I see clients at the office if I rent a space?

    Yes! You are welcome to see your clients at the space. Our office is fully staffed and available to greet our guests professionally.

  • Do you have a space for meetings and how many people will it accommodate?

    We do have a small conference room for meetings that will fit 4-6 people comfortably.

  • What membership options are available for my specific needs?

    Come on in for a tour! We are open Monday-Friday from 9-5. Let us help you decide what the right option is for you and your business.

  • Is there a way I can try out an option out to see if it will work for me?

    Absolutely! Come on in and we can set you up for the day to see if co-working will be beneficial to your specific needs.

  • Can you bring pets to the office?

    Although we do love your furry friends, we do have a no pet policy at the office.

  • Are there places to get lunch in the area?

    Yes! There are some great finds just minutes away on the Litchfield Green and in the immediate area. Just keep in mind if you are here on a Monday, a lot of the local businesses are closed.

  • Do you have to sign a lease or commit to certain terms?

    We offer 6 month or 1 year member agreements and day passes.
